Health Ed.: hygiene

Finally, I’m in my life of presence, to hear the sound of the water, to feel the pressure on my back, to see the hot steam, to smell the scented soap, and to taste the toothpaste in my mouth. I am lucky to have eliminated all distractions so I can focus on myself. Additionally, there is no boss or work to anticipate, no mother to watch over my shoulder, no sisters to rush me, only me and my senses. I will tell you about body soap and how you can isolate for 5 to 7 years for your nervous system to recover.

One of my sanity therapies is understanding what is on my skin, hair, mouth, and clothes. “Tom’s” and “Dr. Bronner’s” use organic plant oils and my healing art school showed me the process of oil extraction. In the past, there was too much uncertainty in the question: “What is in our everyday products?” So, I simplified by only buying the two.

As you know, reaching a goal of a pure and healthy body will depend on your cleaning tools and environment (home and job.) So I will tell you my life’s advantages in reaching this goal, then you can comment below about your life’s advantages or disadvantages.

They are: my “healing martial art” program, (Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga,) my education in “holistic health,” ( TCM, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology) and after working for over ten years, a clinical diagnosis gave me medical attention plus monthly paychecks (SSDI) to legally walk away and attend to myself.

The promise to you in the year 2026 is a “stress-free” lifestyle because according to the Social Security Administration, you are granted a SSA disability insurance paycheck after “hard work” has officially reached a painful state of existence. For 5 to 7 years, you will be able to step away from your current environment and regain strength by rejuvenating and “letting go.” One day, there will be time for you. Only you. Go ahead, take a college course in American Women’s History and the History of American Rock and Roll. The challenge will be”letting go” of “them.” According to every saint, healer, and bishop, there is no end to suffering but the amount of suffering you experience is up to you.
