The first thing I noticed during my Tai Chi training was the sensitivity of my body. So, when the warm pressure of water hit it in the shower, it felt like a real spa treatment. At last, I smiled to myself thinking that I would shower nightly and forever in the state of awareness. I will write about the beauty of having a pure body and the mental clarity that it brings me.

It’s been heaven to hear the sound of the water, to feel the pressure on my back, to see the hot steam, and to smell the scented soap. Ah, finally a shower where I am fully present. On top of this glory, there is no boss nor work to anticipate, no mother to watch over my shoulder, no sisters to rush me, only me and my senses.
